Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return to be accepted, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fostino.com. If your return request can be accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items should be couriered back for return within 3 days from date of accepting return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards or product purchased from gift cards or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customer are required to send back product to our address.
Customers are required and is mandatory to make unboxing video of order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Inner wear (such as Boxers, Vest, Briefs or Trunks), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and Accessories (such as Deo, Belts, Wallets or Caps). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards or product purchased from gift cards or store credit.
Exchanges/Replacements
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item from gift card or store credits issued against return of product. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as return or exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with gift card or store credit.
Please note that Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order before its been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, please write to us on whatsapp at +919619351061 with your order details. We will cancel the order with cancellation fee of Rs. 50 + payment gateway charges.
If the order has been dispatched and/or you do not want to receive the same, kindly inform our team on whatsapp at +919619351061 and / or refuse to take delivery. We will be deducting to and fro shipping charges and a cancellation fee of Rs. 50 + payment gateway charges. Refund will be processed only after we receive our product back.
If any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, then amount will be refunded as store credit/gift card.
